About Me
"MUSIC EXPRESSES THAT WHICH CANNOT BE SAID AND ON WHICH IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO BE SILENT." -VICTOR HUGO
My Background
& Education
I began my journey to become a professional violinist and teacher with playing the violin at 11 years old. Ever since then, music has played a huge role in my life and has shaped who I am now. I live in Fredericksburg, VA, but teach in both Stafford and Fredericksburg. I am also a member of the Suzuki Association of the Americas (SAA).

I received my Bachelor of Music in violin performance from James Madison University in May, 2016, studying classically under Dr. Wanchi Huang and Dr. Dina Nesterenko.

A few years later, I received my Masters Degree in violin performance from George Mason University in May, 2020, studying under Professor June Huang.
Performance Experience
In addition to playing at the Kennedy Center in Washington D.C., I enjoy having an active performance career all around Virginia and Maryland. I am an active member of the Fredericksburg Symphony Orchestra, St. George Chamber Orchestra, as well as a regular sub for the pit orchestra at the Riverside Dinner Theater.

I have performed in several ensembles, some of which include: the Mason Symphony Orchestra (2018), the Pan Am Symphony Orchestra (2017-2018), the Rappahannock Pops Orchestra (2016-2018), the JMU Symphony Orchestra (2012-2016) and the Waynesboro Symphony (2015-2016). I have also performed with many different chamber groups, such as The Highfield Philharmonic (2016), Monticello Strings (2013-2015), and numerous string quartets and pit orchestras throughout the years.

During summer months, I participated in several prestigious music programs. I was invited to the Bayview Music Festival in Michigan in 2014 and 2015 as well as Cape Cod's College Light Opera Company in 2016. While I was there, I had the privilege of performing a variety of shows and concerts with some of the best musicians in the country. This included musical theater, opera, large ensemble and chamber performances.
